What is the charges of SAMPLES ?

Samples are generally sent at discounted prices .

What is the minimum order that we can place ?

For us, no order is too big or too small for compliance.. You  can place the order as per your requirements.
 

How can I get a the Quotation List and Catalogue ?

Please fill the Request for Quotation Form and you can also mail us your requirements.

What is the minimum DELIVERY SCHEDULE ?

Much depends upon the quantity required of the product/s. However, the delivery schedule is invariably  we intimated to the buyers .

What are your payment terms ?

All payment should be made in US dollars or Rupees, unless otherwise specified in the quotation sent to you. We give the following options for payment:
Full Advance Payment: This method is most convenient for small orders as it minimizes the bank charges involved in other methods of payment. You may send payment by Check or Bank Draft favoring “MEDICAUX SOLUTIONS”  to our postal address, or, you may send Telegraphic Transfer (TT) or Wire Transfer to our Bankers under intimation to us.
Part Payment in Advance: For larger orders, we expect that you send 40% value in advance. Balance payment is payable against delivery of documents through your bank. This method involves Bank Charges which are payable by the customer.
Letter of Credit: We expect Sight Letter of Credit against bulk orders. This method involves considerable Bank charges. All Bank Changes as per the terms of Letter of Credit, must be to the account of the buyer.

Please give some information on Shipping mode and charges ?

For Domestic Customer – Normal mode of shipment are – ” by Courier , by transportation ” and “by Air “. However we also use other services. upon requests from customers. It is your option to ask for prices inclusive of shipping costs or we can send the goods on “Freight To Collect basis”.
For International Customer – Normal mode of shipment are – “Sea Freight” and “Air Freight”. However we also use Courier, Post, EMS etc. upon requests from customers. It is your option to ask for prices inclusive of shipping costs or we can send the goods on “Freight To Collect basis”.
The shipping charges vary according to the size of shipment, destination and Mode of dispatch. C.I.F. rates are quoted if you inform us the exact quantity, destination and mode of dispatch preferred by you.

Do you have ISO 9001, CE,  approved ?

Yes, we are An ISO 9001:2015 or 13485:2015 Certified Company and CE mark for many of our products. Please inform us the product your requirement and we shall inform you if they are certified.

What is the Medicaux Solutions Returns  policy?

Medicaux Solutions ‘s 15 Day’s Returns Policy :

MCS always  try to place the best quality materials to client  if you are not satisfied you can return the products.
Though we strive to give you a great customer experience each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your Order for a full refund of paid price and  no questions will  asked Return Policy!” .
We mean what we say! All you need to do is drop an info@medicauxsolutions.com within a period of 15 days, from the date of delivered the order from our sites.
However, you must understand that we can’t bear a loss either; so return of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unused  and undamaged condition.

Can I return a part of my order ?

Yes, you may return a part of the Order, in case of multiple items in an order. Any product being returned needs to be returned in full including all components as well as any products which came along with it.
However, if your purchase was made in the period of a special promotional offer, or you are not satisfied you can return a port the products.

How long will the return process take ?

Once your return request has been placed with Customer Service, and Once the item is received in our warehouse, it under process.  it usually depends on products and  quantity or chosen courier but usually  takes about 1 to 15 business day’s delivery time .

How will I receive my Refund ?

Once the item is received in our warehouse Medicaux  Solutions will send you chaque .

How long will the refund process take ?

Typically the refunds are initiated within 2 – 5 days of Product Inspection. Receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you.

How do I return a product ?

Common Instructions to Return
Place your item in its original packaging .
Please mention your Name, Order Number, and Mobile Number, on the top of the box, and insert the original invoice.

I was charged shipping charges for my order. If I return my order, will I get back my shipping charge along with the refund ?

Shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as this is a non-refundable charge.

What is our Exchange policy ?

How soon can I expect the exchanged product ?

Exchanged product is dispatched as soon as the returned item/s has passed product inspection. Generally delivery of exchange order is expected within 1 to 7 days we will keep you informed by email and Call.

Can I exchange my product for an item of lesser value ?

No, your exchange order value should be equal to or more than the return item/s value.

Can I re-exchange ?

If you are still dissatisfied with the product, you can again exchange the product for any item (covered in exchange policy).

Can I cancel the exchange ?

If you wish to cancel your exchange order, get in touch with Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been dispatched we can cancel it and refund your amount .
